We are pleased to announce that 306 Pell Street will be a part of this year’s Candlelight Tour. This house, which is home to Pell Street Studio and the Morris Family, has gone under significant renovations and additions since it was purchased in 2004. The house was originally a one story bungalow with less than 1200 sf. Today it is a two story house with over 2000 sf. The design of the addition intentionally kept the house from being out of scale of the rest of the bungalows on Pell St. The renovation/addition included – a new kitchen, reorganization of existing rooms creating a better functioning existing bedroom and a new bedroom,and bathroom. Upstairs holds a new master suite, laundry room, studio/office, and an upstairs den. The original part of the house has been left unchanged. Tour dates are December 10th and 11th from 1pm – 7pm.
