Just down the road from the bustling 5-Points hub of activity, this place almost had it all…Charm, location, history, but it was missing some of the convenient comforts of a new home. Before moving into this recently-purchased property, the owners wanted to update the interior to match the energy and life of its surroundings before settling in for good. And we are so glad they chose us for the job! This home already had some envy-worthy attributes such as tall ceilings, large windows, and great hardwood floors throughout, but it needed some help in the small/ dated kitchen and upstairs space planning. Upstairs, we took over one of the guest bedrooms to create space for a grand master suite, making room for his and her walk-in closets and included a large ensuite master bathroom.  Downstairs, a beautiful and bright kitchen, new convenient laundry space, a full bathroom, and a fresh coat of paint in each room really pull together the gathering spaces downstairs.
