Too many cooks in this kitchen! Functionality and reorganization was a huge factor in under taking this renovation. Budget and space constraints allowed for a challenging project. The federal historic tax credits allowed the clients a little more freedom in making a few more upgrades to create a kitchen that everyone could cook in.
